2. We focus strictly on the diagnosed fault, ensuring you pay the fairest possible price. Repairs are completed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving written approval of the quotation.
3. The repair includes a 28-day warranty, covering only the diagnosed and repaired fault. (*) (*)

Full Plan
This is our standard and recommended service mode.
2. We offer a fixed, standardized price for most frequency inverters used across Spanish elevators — over 60 models covered.
Quotes are sent within 24 hours of receiving the unit.
Established partners have access to the full price list, and only in rare cases (for uncommon models) the unit must be shipped for prior inspection and quotation.
3.The service includes: inspection, diagnosis, repair, preventive maintenance, and full functional testing.
4. It comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty, meaning your unit is covered against any potential issue, whether or not it’s related to the initial fault. You may also request an extended warranty of up to 2 years under this plan.

Express Plan
Identical to the Full Plan, but with priority turnaround, ensuring your repair is completed within 24 to 72 hours.
This premium service includes an additional surcharge.
(*) Under any of our service plans, the repair timeframe depends on spare parts availability.
If the repair is expected to exceed 10 business days, we will notify you in writing of the potential delay.
We also offer an Exchange Service, or you may purchase one of our refurbished units, each covered by a 1 or 2-year comprehensive warranty.
